This policy explains how SaaS Fit ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you visit saasfit.ai, use our AI Fit Advisor, or contact us.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, work email, phone number, company name and website, company size, industry, countries of operation, details about the software you need, and any file you choose to attach.
- Usage information: pages visited, referring site, device and browser type, collected through cookies and similar technologies, including HubSpot tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare fit guidance and recommendations, and arrange calls or workshops.
- To send you the guidance you requested and relevant follow-ups. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
- To improve our website, content and services.
AI processing
When you use the AI Fit Advisor, the information you enter (and any attachment) is processed by our AI provider to generate guidance. We do not use it for any purpose other than responding to you.
Sharing
We use trusted service providers to run our business, including HubSpot (CRM), our website host and our AI provider. With your agreement, we may share your requirements with software vendors we recommend so they can prepare a proposal. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable technical and organisational measures.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@saasfit.ai. Where applicable laws (such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or the GDPR) give you further rights, we will honour them.
