The problem

Nearly half of SaaS buyers regret it within a year.

Most didn't buy a bad product. They bought the wrong one for them.

20–33%of customers leave during onboarding, in the first three months
+10–15%more leave before the end of the first year
~45–50%don't last beyond 12–15 months

Industry estimates based on what we see across the market.

Why it happens

One product, sold the same way to everyone.

Fit is ignored

A manufacturing plant and a 40-person startup get the same pitch. So do a domestic firm and a multinational, a mid-size company and a 10,000-person enterprise.

The stars and the stage are curated

Many vendors ask only happy users for public reviews, and reference customers often come with a spotlight. The real story lives in the 1–3 star reviews and with the people who use the tool every day.

Lock-in does the rest

Hefty onboarding fees and multi-year terms make leaving painful, so poor-fit software stays, and your team works around it in spreadsheets.

Nobody answers for the outcome

Sales is paid on the deal, not on your go-live. Too many vendor leaders were hired to scale revenue, not to understand your job.

How it works

From "what should we buy?" to "it's working."

Fit Check

A free 20-minute call: your industry, size, footprint, current stack and must-haves.

Fit Report

In one to seven working days: a shortlist of 2–3 tools with fit notes, the 1–3 star review patterns and the questions to ask each vendor.

Guarded onboarding

We run the rollout against success milestones agreed with you before you sign. Miss them, and your onboarding and licence fees come back.

We stay

Renewals, add-ons and your next tool. One partner who answers for all of it.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask us

Why would a reseller refund me?

Because we pick the tool and run onboarding against milestones you sign off. If we choose badly, that's on us. The guarantee keeps us honest.

Does it cost more than buying direct?

No. The Fit Check is free, and our fee is paid by the software vendor when you buy, so you never pay more than the vendor's own price. You get the fit work, the guarantee and a long-term partner on top.

How long does it take to get recommendations?

Anywhere from one to seven working days, depending on your size and complexity. For larger companies or legacy systems, we first run a requirements workshop with your team so we understand your processes in detail.

We've already shortlisted a tool. Can you still help?

Yes. We'll pressure-test it: real reviews, a power-user conversation, domain questions and the exit terms. If it fits, we'll tell you.

Aren't you biased toward vendors that pay you more?

Our business depends on you staying for years and buying again, not on one sale. A bad fit costs us the refund and the relationship.

Which areas and countries do you cover?

GTM (sales, marketing, customer success), Human Resources and Finance, across industries and company sizes. We work with companies in almost every country and industry.
